Remember to Vote for Mobile’s Next Mayor on Tuesday!
A message from Yvette Young, President, RevitalizeDIP:
Tomorrow 8/26/25 we go to the polls to vote. This is an opportunity to start new with the next mayor. At the forum, each candidate agreed within six months of their election he/she will sit down with our community, to address the questions asked during the forum.
Please ensure to know your polling location, and travel to the polls to cast your vote, not only for the best candidate for the City of Mobile, but more importantly, the best candidate for south DIP.
WE AE STRONGER TOGETHER
RevitalizeDIP, Food Champs and The Peninsula of Mobile hosted the Mayoral Forum at B. C. Rain High School on 22 July 2025.
You listened to how the Mayoral Candidates replied to our questions.
You’ve researched each candidate’s qualifications and listened to other Mayoral Forums and what the news has reported about how each candidate wants to help Mobile once the winner is voted into office.
Now you are just waiting on the polls to open Tuesday morning at 7:00 am.
Some of our south Mobile peninsula residents have asked where to go to vote for Mobile’s next Mayor.
I checked the Alabama’s Secretary of State website to confirm my poll location will be at Gilliard Elementary School at 2757 Dauphin Island Parkway.
On 22 August 2025 the Mobile City Council posted Lisa Carroll Lambert, City Clerk & Chief Election Official video about voting at the Mobile Municipal Election.
Here is an excerpt of the information she shared:
