A message from RevitalizeDIP President Yvette Young:
I love the message being sent in this photo.
RevitalizeDIP has participated in the LYC litter program for the last three years, thus far we’ve earned $6000.00 in beautification funds, simply by picking up litter.
Those funds were invested in the community to renovate both the CVS and Gulfdale areas.
There is so much more work we can do; however, new landscape projects are on hold, primarily because we do not have enough volunteers to maintain what we have. We do not want to add to unkept areas, rather we want to add aesthetics to the community.
We very much want to continue beautifying the community with landscape, new flowers, debris removal etc.,; however, this requires the work of volunteers.
Our third quarter litter campaign began July 1st.
The resident who has collected the most litter (board members not included) will earn $100.00.
Please join us as we strive to RevitalizeDIP.
